Casa Linda is a 158 unit apartment community located on southeast Dallas. It was acquired by Knightvest Capital in mid 2010 and is located approximately 1 mile from Mira Flores. The property was acquired from Fannie Mae and is located in a dense submarket with high occupancy rates. A major interior renovation is currently underway.
Las Terrazas (FKA Woodside Terrace)
Woodside Terrace is a 230 unit apartment community located on the northwest corner of 635 and 75 in north Dallas. It was acquired by Knightvest Capital in 2010. The property is currently undergoing a major repositioning that includes heavy exterior carpentry, significant improvement in resident amenities, interior renovations and rebranding. The area experiences heavy density and is located within the Richardson Independant School District.

Mira Flores (FKA Bruton Oaks)
Mira Flores is a 304 unit, 38 building apartment complex located in Dallas, Texas on 18 acres. It was acquired in 2009 by Knightvest Capital. The property has undergone a repositioning and recently finished a major renovation that included exterior painting, a new name and signage, landscaping, new gates, new playgrounds, roof repairs, HVAC repairs, make-ready’s and the complete renovation of approximately 80 units that were down due to vandalism, mold or fire.

Colonial Mansion
Colonial Mansion is a 73 unit, four building apartment complex located in Dallas, Texas. It was acquired in 2008 by Knightvest Capital. The property is located just one mile south of Downtown Dallas. When acquired, the property was 30% leased and in serious disrepair. After implementing our operational strategy, the occupancy is currently over 90%. This was achieved through city partnerships, local non-profit partnerships and extensive renovations.
