Silverado Spings Apartments is a 317 unit community located on the corner of Walnut Hill and 635 in Dallas, Texas.  Purchased out of foreclosure in May 2011, Silverado Springs will be fully repositioned and additional parking will be constructed. 

Timmaron Ridge Apartments is a 196 unit apartment community located in the Lake Highlands submarket of Dallas, Texas.  Knightvest acquired the property out of foreclosure in April 2011.  The property is currently being repositioned with new interior and exterior improvements.

Linda Vista Apartments is a 370 unit apartment community located in close proximity to the intersection of Central Expressway and I-635.  It is located in a heavily populated submarket with historically strong occupancy.  Knightvest acquired the property in December 2010.

Villas Del Rey was acquired out of foreclosure in October 2010.  It is a 141 unit community that is has undergone significant renovations including new exterior paint, a playground and upgraded interior amenities. 

Casa Linda is a 158 unit apartment community located in southeast Dallas.  Formally known as August Park, Knightvest Capital acquired Casa Linda in May 2010 from Fannie Mae and is located in a dense submarket with high occupancy rates.  Significant interior renovations were completed.

Formally known as Woodside Terrace, Las Terrazas is a 230 unit apartment community located on the northwest corner of 635 and 75 in north Dallas. Knightvest Capital acquired Las Terrazas in February 2010. The property recently underwent a major repositioning that included heavy exterior carpentry, significant improvement in resident amenities, interior renovations and rebranding. The property is located in a highly dense submarket within the Richardson Independant School District.

Mira Flores, formally know as Bruton Oaks, is a 304 unit, 38 building apartment complex located in Dallas, Texas on 18 acres. Acquired by Knightvest Capital in September 2009, the property underwent repositioning and recently finished a major renovation that included exterior painting, branding and signage, landscaping, new gates, new playgrounds, roof repairs, HVAC repairs, make-ready’s and the complete renovation of over 100 units.
