Knightvest Capital’s vision is to be recognized as the leader in repositioning class B and C multifamily investments.  Our acquisition criteria’s focus is aligned with this vision.  We actively pursue value-add properties.  Our goal is to discover investment opportunities that are out of the ordinary, in an effort to provide exceptional returns to our partners.

Knightvest Capital considers investment opportunities that fit the following acquisition criteria:

·         Distressed and underperforming class B and C multifamily assets (value add)

·         Value enhancement through renovation, vacancy reduction and rental increases. 

·         We currently target within 25 miles of the CBD of DFW.

·         Open to joint venturing on projects.

·         Brokers protected.
