Knightvest Capital implores a hands-on approach to repositioning and management and is involved in all aspects of the property including tenant retention, leasing, collections, renovation, staff training, and all other relevant management activities.
Generally, the first aspect of the property repositioning is to immediately address deferred maintenance issues such as lighting, safety issues and security. Knightvest Capital also begins to identify and evict problem tenants that are often prevalent in these type properties. We have a zero tolerance policy for illegal activities and immediately and aggressively remove problem tenants.
