Principal Bio’s

David Moore - David has both institutional and entrepreneurial experience.  Most recently, he was the Director of Investments for MacFarlan Capital Partners ("MCP"), a private-equity real estate firm focused on a diverse range of real estate.  Prior to joining MCP, David was a senior real estate analyst at HFF, a commercial real estate capital intermediary.  David also worked three years at Prudential Capital Group where he was responsible for quantitative and strategic analysis of a broad range of private debt and equity transactions.  David holds a BBA in Finance from University of Oklahoma, a MBA from SMU and the chartered financial analyst, CFA, designation.

KC Kronbach - KC’s professional career began in Little Rock, Arkansas for Parkway Auto Group.  He participated in several roles including Internet Sales Manager, Leasing Manager and General Sales Manager.  His elevating responsibilities allowed him to grow his leadership and business management abilities.  Subsequently, for the following 7 years, KC participated in various sales, leadership and operational roles within a national industrial distribution company.  Most recently, he was responsible for a 15 million dollar, 30 team member division consisting of approximately 5,000 industrial customers throughout the state of Texas and Mexico.  KC received his BBA from Baylor University and MS from Saint Edward’s University.
