As Principals, David and KC share the responsibility for the development of acquisitions, equity relations and operation of real estate assets for the Company.  They offer a focused plan specializing in value-add, multi-family strategies.  The company’s mission is to create prosperity through our integrity, focus, creativity and relationships. 

Principal Bios

David Moore - David has over 10 years institutional and entrepreneurial finance and real estate investment experience.  Most recently, he was the Director of Investments for Macfarlan Capital Partners ("MCP"), a private-equity real estate firm focused on a diverse range of real estate.  Prior to joining MCP, David worked at HFF, Prudential Capital and Arthur Andersen.  David holds a BBA in Finance from University of Oklahoma, a MBA from SMU and the chartered financial analyst, CFA, designation.

KC Kronbach - In 2007, KC co-founded Knightvest Capital.  Since it's inception, the company has closed over $55 million in multi-family transactions and has concluded over $15 million in renovations.  Prior to Knightvest Capital in 2007, KC was the General Manager for an international distributor's Texas and Mexico operations that comprised over 15 million dollars of revenue and 5,000 clients.  KC holds a BBA in  Marketing and International Business from Baylor University and MS from Saint Edward's University.
